The design for this family house was developed in two layout variants. The first is intended for a couple living on their own. The second also allows for visits from their children and their families, so the house is extended by two separate guest rooms with their own bathroom, giving both hosts and guests enough privacy. Both variants share the same architectural expression – a simple building mass, overhanging roofs and a combination of pale render, wood and natural stone.
