This notice explains what personal data we process about you, why, and what rights you have.
Who processes your data

What data we process and why
If you contact us by e-mail or by phone, we process your name, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your message — that is, exactly what you write or tell us yourself.
The purpose is to answer your enquiry, arrange a site visit and possibly prepare a quotation. The legal basis is the performance of a contract or steps prior to entering into one, or our legitimate interest in replying to an enquiry — Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Providing the data is voluntary. Without an e-mail address or phone number, however, we have no way to reply.
How long we keep the data
We keep messages for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry. If the enquiry does not lead to a project, we delete them within two years at the latest. For completed commissions we keep records for the period required by tax and accounting law.
Who we share data with
Our mailbox runs on Google Workspace, provided in the EU by Google Ireland Limited. E-mail correspondence with you is therefore stored with that provider.
We do not sell or rent your data and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
What this website does and does not do
- No contact form. There is deliberately no form on this website, so your data does not pass through any third-party service. You write directly to our e-mail address.
- No tracking cookies and no analytics. We do not use Google Analytics or similar services, and the site shows you no advertising.
- One functional item in your browser. If you switch between light and dark mode, we save that choice in your browser's local storage (key
linea-theme) so it persists as you move between pages. It reveals nothing about you and you can clear it in your browser settings. - Fonts are hosted on our own server. They are not loaded from Google Fonts or any other third-party network, so your IP address is not sent anywhere while you browse.
- The map loads only after you click. On the Contact page the map is replaced by a button. Only when you click it does the map load from OpenStreetMap, and at that moment your IP address is sent to the servers of the OpenStreetMap Foundation.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access to your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object. Write to kaletova@lineainterier.sk and we will reply within one month.
If you believe we handle your data incorrectly, you may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk.
